AH010: The Art of Coaching w/ Brett Bartholomew

On todays show I have author, strength coach, consultant and, educator Brett Bartholomew. We talk about

  • His journey into writing the book Conscious Coaching.
  • His course that is out right now called, Bought In and, it talks about the art of coaching.
  • How he works with high level strength and conditioning in athletes.
  • We dig deeper into Who is Brett Bartholomew and, what are some things that he struggles with on his day to day.

I love his idea on how he is the bridge between the theory and application of coaching and, how we could all become better educators. Weather or not we are strength and conditioning coaches, we are all educators and Brett helps us lift up our game

Enjoy the show,

Angelo
